Shipping Information

Shipping is determined by the total weight of your order plus a small added percentage to account for packaging and handling.

If you are ordering services only (i.e. webhosting or other non-taxable goods) you should have a total order weight of 0.0 pounds and your shipping should be free. If you think you should be getting free shipping and are being charged, do not complete your order. Please contact us and we will determine the cause for the error and we can complete your order manually.

All goods are shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you live in or around Lombard, IL you have the option to pick up your item(s). Feel free to contact us when your order is completed. If we receive your order and have not heard from you, we will email or call you to arrange for pickup.
